Digital Advocacy – Phase 1
Objective: Rapid awareness and supporter mobilization. We begin by amplifying Rohingya voices through video campaigns, social media hashtags, and storytelling, showcasing daily life in refugee camps. Digital petitions and email campaigns to MPs, MEPs, and global leaders allow supporters to take immediate action, creating global pressure on Myanmar and international decision-makers.
Influencer & Media Partnerships
Objective: Extend campaign reach and credibility. We collaborate with journalists, podcasters, and social media influencers to share verified stories, analyses, and campaign updates. By providing ready-made content, infographics, and talking points, we ensure consistent messaging that educates audiences and motivates action worldwide
Multimedia Storytelling
Objective: Humanize the crisis and inspire empathy. Our strategy leverages videos, photo essays, infographics, and virtual reality experiences to show the struggles and aspirations of Rohingya refugees. Compelling storytelling connects global audiences emotionally, encouraging them to advocate, donate, and participate in digital campaigns.
Petition & Political Engagement
Objective: Direct influence on policymakers. We run targeted email campaigns and petitions aimed at key decision-makers in the UK, EU, US, and other countries. Through structured campaigns, we ensure that Rohingya voices reach politicians, international bodies, and diplomatic channels, creating pressure for legal, humanitarian, and diplomatic action
Objective: Combat misinformation and build support. We address false narratives about the Rohingya through fact-checked content, research reports, and shareable visuals, highlighting the community’s peaceful nature, cultural contributions, and rightful claim to Myanmar citizenship. Clear, consistent messaging strengthens global public opinion and counters hostile propaganda.
Objective: Expand advocacy beyond digital. Once digital momentum is built, we organize peaceful protests, cultural events, and direct meetings with MPs and diplomats. This phase complements online campaigns, providing visible support for Rohingya rights, generating media coverage, and ensuring sustained international attention.
Our campaign strategy combines awareness, advocacy, and action in a cohesive, phased approach. By prioritizing digital engagement initially, we reach global audiences quickly, while building toward on-ground advocacy, policy influence, and long-term solutions for Rohingya repatriation, citizenship, justice, and community empowerment.
