A Lifeless body of kidnapped rohingya child found in the world largest Rohingya Refugees Camp 22, “Unchiprang” boundary. with real sources, the child was reported missing approximately one month ago, finally parents got his dead body like him many others children kidnapped and found dead in the camps every week and months. Kidnapping for ransom is a growing threat to Rohingya refugees in Cox’s Bazar. Victims are often abducted, their hands and feet tightly bound, and their families sent threatening photos or videos demanding unaffordable ransom. Failure to pay leads to severe harm or death threats. These crimes thrive due to poor camp security and fear of retaliation, leaving refugees trapped in fear.

Kidnapping an innocent Rohingya refugee child is easy, Killing one is easier still. But have you forgotten that behind every refugee child is a soul who once lived with dignity, A soul who once had a home, a family, and a dream?
We have lost everything our land, our safety, even our voice. And now, the very right to be seen as human is being stripped away from us.
How can the world call itself just when the cries of the voiceless echo into silence?
How can it claim to be kind while innocent blood quietly disappears beneath indifference?

Let us not grow so numb that we mistake silence for peace,or confuse injustice with order.
Every Rohingya life matters.
Our pain is not a number.
Our suffering is not a statistic.
Our lives are sacred.
And the world must remember even the smallest act of cruelty leaves a scar, not just on us, but on all of humanity.

This brutal incident highlights serious concerns regarding child protection, safety, and security within the refugee camps. The loss of this young life reflects the urgent need for stronger preventive measures, community vigilance, and coordinated response by relevant authorities and humanitarian partners.
We urge the following:
We call on all relevant agencies including UNHCR, UNICEF, RRRC, the UN Human Rights Council, and Fortify Rights to ensure accountability, justice, and reinforced protection for children across all Rohingya camps
